I don’t know if it’s a good mood, but I’m definitely not in a dark or agitated mood.

Good mood: Because I wrote in my journal this morning after months of not, and discovered that I still really want to do things with my life. Because I don’t feel as paralyzed to get there. Because the double dose Caplyta feels really good, instead of single dose Caplyta + navane. I actually feel a little hopeful (which scares me, as I wait for the inevitable crash).

I’ve got all 5 of my girls with me today, enjoying their company. Even if three of them are whining for breakfast.

I’m in a good mood today too, when I studied I studied all days of the week and only stopped to watch soccer games of my team. Today I feel strange and happy at the same time, happy cuz I have time to do whatever I want and strange because I’m not used to.
