It’s a documentary on mental conditions.
I’ve seen it and loved it. Especially agree that the stigma on sz in the West hampers recovery. Not sure if I agree that psychosis is a spiritual awakening. My sister always says that I should become a psychic talking to guides and stuff, but I think it is just bs.
Me too, simply because it’s interesting to hear other’s opinions on the conditions. There seems to be so much that I don’t understand. Like the medicine for instance, how it functions precisely.
The fact that it promotes the idea it is due to spiritual awakening puts me off it.
Me too.
It’s the same as saying a broken leg or MS is a spiritual awakening lol
I’m sure the delusional schizophrenic living on the streets, scavenging scraps from dustbins, is enjoying a ‘spiritual awakening’
I loved the documentary. If it’s spiritual awakening I don’t know (I don’t dare dictating the truth), but it’s interesting to look at different perspectives.
