Oh no, I don’t do any of that. I just manage a team and they do most of the real work

I had a job a few years ago where I worked 50+ hours a week, before I got sz. Now I am unemployed, on disability, and I volunteer once a week at Meals on Wheels

I was bullied over my last good job

over mental illness

and now I’m scared it’s going to happen again.
So, no

not at the moment. I’m always looking for a good
part time job to supplement my SSDI.

Atm. I don’t work but I have plans about starting working for a company that facilitate work to those with disabilities in the near future, im very motivated and hope the plans go through, I dont want to jinx it. My end goal is to become a statistican or work with medical biochemistry. I have not finished college nor have I worked earlier but I hope to reach my goals before age 40.

I work part-time in the Shipping Industry…

It pays well…around 30k per year. I never deal with the public, and on my worst day I might missort a letter or parcel. I never take my work home with me either. Somebody just takes over my shift when I leave. Lots of upsides to my job.

i had a job for 6 hours last week. there was nothing to it mentally, just pick up cartons of juice boxes and load em on a line to be packaged.

the cartons were only like 13 pounds but after doing nothing but lifting for 6 hours my back and forearms were bothering me. I thought no way am I going to do this for 9 months.

so I waited til my afternoon break and told them the job wasn’t for me.

since I’ve applied for 10 jobs with no responses. I wrote cover letters telling them I had a disability and how I was wanting to go through a trial work period. one place that was part time, I told them I would be willing to work there for 45 months. I think im just going to start applying places and not mention my disability.

I have been debating the same thing about telling them about my disability. I am thinking that I would just keep it to myself unless something happens of course.

so far I haven’t experienced any advantages in mentioning it. I think im going to stop, maybe bring it up in a interview if need be

I have a job waiting for me. Main Banker at a small Native American casino. But I don’t think I want it. I think I want to go back into office work. I don’t want to be in a smokey environment anymore, not to mention the gambling, drugs, drinking and sex. You only have to worry about the sex in an office job lol.
