I’d rather be single than married to whom I was married to. He wasn’t a bad guy but we weren’t suited for each other.
I think he cheated on me in the end though. He was paying somebody else’s cell phone bill.

I’m single too and have been the vast majority of my life. Sometimes i feel like I desperately want a husband and other days I don’t want to deal with it and tell myself I’m probably better off single

I’m okay with being single most of the time. I dont have good social skills anyway.
It means that you have no real feelings for the person, you just want sex.

30+ years single and alone 99% of the time, so used to it anything else would be weird
I am. I used to desperately want a husband, which lead to stupid stuff - not asserting boundaries when dating for example. I decided i am only still going for someone i love, someone who respects me and loves me. If i never meet him, so be it.
