Who else gets bad reactions drinking coffee

I actually like the taste of coffee like black with no cream or sugar. Ive never really had a problem with it up until the last couple weeks. Ive thrown up twice now after having a cup in the morning to wake me up. One of the times my reaction was so bad that my whole body started tingling and everything started spinning until i went and puked and then i felt horrible for the rest of the day. I was never a big coffee drinker but i guess now i should completely cut that off from my intake.

I have a bad mental reaction if I drink more than 2 cups a day.

I used to get terrible reactions drinking coffee. When I lived in the sober house I would drink 5 cups at night and then it was a terrible reaction because I wanted to get high…it was worth it for a couple hours until I started coming down. Don’t recommend that at all. But even when I drank like 3 I would have a panic attack. But for some reason naltrexone stopped this all for me and my anxiety is healed now.

I drink like 2-3 cups a day. it’s up from 1/2 a cup to 1 cup from a couple weeks ago.

If I were you I’d ask a doctor about that cause if it never caused that reaction before it’s worrying that it would start now.

I may be able to solve your problem. I was getting sick from drinking coffee too and I’ve been drinking it for a long time. Turns out the coffee was too strong.

So just make it with less grinds and try that. I have a knob on my machine for strength that I adjusted. Now I can drink more cups and I feel much better

I drink on average 3-4 cups a day.

My deal with coffee is I have to space it out.

2 cups when I wake up.

Then I wait until 5-6 hours and have the third or fourth cup.

If I don’t space it out I get terrible anxiety and racing thoughts.

If I drink more than two cups I get panicky and I do gag easier. I think it’s the oil in the coffee.
