I got to know one thing.
If there is no punctuation the sentence mean a whole thing all together.
And yeah I need to take a break.
I made a big mistake.
Like I used to say talk about an illness here, but not outside.
I spend most of the time here because of which. I made a silly error in a what’s app group and whole meaning changed and he was asking “meaning?”
Phew he was a cop too.
Somehow managed it.
He will now definitely have an eye on me now.
By the way, in texting there is no tone that we could detect. So what we read and understand is just 35%.
I’m not too good at punctuating the end of my message, but I hate it when people don’t use comma, or when they use the wrong punctuation.
(Example: “what did you have for dinner …??”)
I met my wife through a singles ad I placed back in 1999. I immediately discarded all of the responses with poor spelling and grammar*. I knew there was no way I could stand being in a relationship with someone that uneducated or low-functioning.
*I didn’t automatically delete those from people who obviously weren’t native English speakers, that would have been unkind.
I’ve done that too when I’ve been trying to find dates. If they have dyslexia or are new to the language, I let it slide.
But lazy spelling, or even worse, “txt-talk”, that sends them straight to the nope-pile.
If someone doesn’t care enough to spend a couple of seconds on making the message readable, I can’t trust them to be bothered paying efforts in other things that matter to me.
