I cant see the separation of them. Your inner beliefs, religion, spirituality is what helps to cope with hard-core reality. One one hand, reality is subjective and on the other a shared common sense. Spirituality is all your own …Power.
Spirituality is just a fancy word for religion and other strange beliefs. I’m not religious in any way so I don’t need that word. It’s all just reality.
