One time Michael Bolton taught me sign language on a train haha no joke. He lives in my hometown and my sister and I sat next to him on a train. My sister was trying to teach me sign language and Michael Bolton saw I was struggling and helped me out by giving me the answer. Cool story huh?

Lol maybe you will run into Die Antwoord one day that would be way cooler than Michael Bolton lol!

Obama once came to my country for Nelson Mandelas funeral. He was like 800 kilometres away from me. Think that’s the closest

Seriously!

How is @Jonnybegood meeting all these celebrities?

My sister makes suits,

And also works on a very popular Netfix show,

So she meets lots of celebrities all the time, everyday.

I get nothing, not even a “saw them on the street”.

And I live in freaking California!

I live in a historically “artsy” town we have many celebrities. Paul Newman lived and died here. My section of my state (Connecticut) is known for celebrities because it’s right outside New York city…nice location…for the most part really nice areas. I think in nearby towns there is a member of the rolling stones…Keith Richards. And Mark Twain and Helen Keller and Scott F. Fitzgerald lived here…great authors. Now it’s more movie stars and rock stars but we historically have lots of fame here.

They seriously moved to the states?

Man, I can’t believe that,

I thought their South African culture was such a large part of their image.

Yea it’s weird they not liked by the majority of people in south Africa. I think people think they give us a bad name lol

Aren’t they considered “Counter-culture” by South Africans. Like I know they speak in Afrikaan…well I’m not really sure about the culture of south Africa. My parents neighbors are South African. But I’m pretty sure they’re considered counter-culture, kind of like the hippies are here.

Interesting…

Yea they from a poor Afrikaans background which is known as like zeph not really hippies but more ’ poor whites, not being racist…

So like white people look down on them and the black people don’t care about them as they can speak Afrikaans.

But they are the ’ other side ’ of Afrikaans so to speak

In high school with my long hair and beard, everyone said jesus. Currently, not a clue, I’d post a pic but… call that the part I’m paranoid about… when your family goes to the state house alot, I’m required to be more anonymous.
