Whew, the doctors appointments are dwindling

What a relief. I’ve had so many doctors appointments these last few months.
I have been going to at least one a week, usually more: psychiatrist, dentist, getting blood drawn, PET scans, dermatologist, pre-colonoscopy consultation, nutritionist, lab results, having a biopsy done, podiatrist etc. All these.

I’m so sick of going to the doctors that I think I need to see a doctor about it.

But looking at my calendar I have only a couple scheduled in October. So far. Knock on wood.
As a kid growing up doctors visits were rare. I was a very healthy kid and aside from a teeth cleaning from a dentist once a year a general physical exam once a year, and the optometrist once a year. I just hardly had to go. Anyways, water under the bridge, now I have my two days off from work each week to do what I want.

I’ve hated doctors appointments and times I had to wait for the bus to get to doctors appointments. I’m never getting a colonoscopy.

You’ll probably change your mind when you get older. At least I hope so, it could save your life.

Most people take their health for granted until they don’t have it anymore.
