They say that lack of motivation is one of the negative symptoms of sz. I’ve been plagued by a lack of motivation for most of my life.

like today i had trouble waking up in the morning so i got up at 1:30 pm but i forced myself to get moving now i feel better , but still i am experiencing the “blunted effect” i am not depressed i just feel like i am muffled, my voice is completely flat etc , and for 5 days earlier my voice was perfectly fine with emotional range
so that is how i kind of how i assess whether it is negatives or depression
my cycle is a bit unpredictable though, but it typically has been up 5 -6 days down 5-6 days, but if im binge drinking it will be erattic from day to day
