Suburban medium to large size house. My parents own and will inherit.

We live in the woods. But our town is mostly suburban. The deer are giving birth right now. I hope they never sell it I’ll live here my whole life if I had it my way but my mom and dad always trying to buy something else. But they backed out of a deal once
