Yes, the singer and artist. It’s a new book on him, just came out this year. I’m excited to start it. It has great reviews. I think Stephen King even recommended it.

I love meds that do double duty. It makes me feel better about taking them. How is your family? Everything going smoothly?
We just moved baby LED to her own bed in her own room 2 nights ago. It’s going really smoothly! Though I miss having her sleeping next to me.

I know girl. And I know you’ve been trying to bring people out. I think everyone is touchy lately. I know I have been with all the fights. But we can get it back if we fight for it. We can’t let the few ruin it for the many.

awwww, That’s so sweet. It’s so hard when they start to grow into their own person and need you less and less. Hey my granddaughter took her first independent steps last night. She’s only 7 months old. Can you even believe that?

I had a really eventful day today breathing in and out all day. Other stuff happened too but the breathing in and out bit was the highlight.

Know you dont know me - but i been wary of posting lately. Scared of getting banned again cos i post stupid crap when im unwell. lol. Maybe its putting others off. On a good note tho, saw the shrink today and he re-instated my Queitaiapine - so this soul is looking forward to a restful 12 hours sleep toinght!!

I’m here! I’m afraid I’ve been lurking for the most part. Today I have to go pick up some meds from the pharmacy. I’m finally on a good mix of meds. I’m a little depressed but I’ll talk to my pdoc about it soon. How are you @Leaf? Thanks for starting this thread!

None of want to get banned and we all need to mind what we say. But there’s plenty to say without getting into trouble I think. I hope. I’m glad you’re getting your meds straightened out. And yeah for a good nights sleep. I cannot function when my sleeping is messed up. I got really sick last night but thankfully I was able to get back to sleep and I’m doing ok this morning so yea.
