When you think you cannot tolerate the insecurity that is life, then what?

You think “I’m done, I’m done, I’m done” until you get up an try again.

You just got to keep getting up. Just keep moving. Life is like Mount Everest, you can’t sit down, you can’t waste time. Keep moving, buddy.

That was me the past few days! But I see I’ve become a robot and I go to work and do what I’m supposed to do. I smile at people and grocery shop as if everything’s fine, and after awhile the intense feelings/panic/despair soften and I live another day.
