Yesterday I had a long day. Then I went to meet him big mistake. He started explaining all this complex stuff about his work and I couldn’t get it so I would say. But he’d continue to try explain. But the next time he tried I had to tell him to please not. Please don’t go over it again as I wasn’t getting it. I think my thoughts were racing I got overwhelmed. Too much sensory overload. Then I told him I felt like there was too much going on in my mind. He said I should tell him these things. And I didn’t ruin things he got to spend time with me
