When i was a kid?

Money wasn’t an i issue. I had my toys and friends to play with, but someday my mother couldn’t afford the membership fees for the scoutclub and i couldn’t go anymore.

I had lots of love but little money. We didn’t have a television for years when I was young and when we got one it was black and white.

I don’t regret that at all. I survived without money and places like the library were magical. I read copiously and was smart enough to keep out of trouble.

Money was never an issue. My mother got me a job delivering papers even it was against the law of working as a child for money, but i was able to afford my hobbies. Its against my beliefs forced to get free money to pay my taxes.

I’m from the poor class. I used to go to skating events with cheap clip on skates. I never had expensive toys but I did ok. I had an imagination so back then plastic soldiers were good and my parents sacrificed to have us lead a good life. I’m on a pension now. I’m still poor but rich in life…

Honestly. I wouldn’t change my life now for anything. I can still live large and enjoy things…All’s I ever need. I’m on a disability pension but live a good life!

In Cricket chocolate wins against liberty my friend say.

Same my parents. We are working class and paid off a 30 years mortgage, but me as a kid is going rental. I am not close to my parents anymore.

I had to stop going to Boy Scouts because my dad said it was too late at night. Really it wasn’t but my dad liked to go to bed early at 8PM and sleep for ten hours or more.

When I was 4 I used to feed the cat for a dollar a week
Then I’d save 4 weeks and buy chocolate covered cherries from Dollar store
