If someone has thoughts such as the possibility of hidden cameras, phone tapping etc it is all within the realm of possibilty so shouldn’t be considered delusional thinking.

Strange that some psychiatrists and psych nurses feel the need to shut people down, just for being capable of thinking.
If you can’t produce hard evidence that it is happening then it’s probably a delusion.
Not everything can be proven. They don’t seek evidence, they prefer to write someone off as delusional and fabricate mental illness.

A thought is thinking the woman at the pharmacy is pretty. A delusion is trying to flirt with her.
If there is a doubt in mind then it is not delusion, correct?
