I have a phobia about that stupid arm squeezing device. The assistant always leaves me alone with the thing, as it squeezes and squeezes and squeezes, and I’m too embarrassed to ask someone to stay with me. My eyes get all dewy from fear. It always stops, but I keep wondering if one day it will malfunction and squeeze my arm until I scream.

Nope no med for blood pressure

My blood pressure seems to only go high after eating which is normal or higher when I’m nervous

I’ve also had high cholesterol for years even though I’m fairly fit.

my blood pressure was 120/80 last time the gp doc took a reading.

140/90 to 120/80.it depends on how active i am.

Last time it was 120/80 but my pulse was way to high.

Now that they changed me to a better bp med I’m consistently 120/80 or a little lower

My Dr. ordered a bp machine from my insurance company and they shipped one out to me so I can check it to keep an eye on it, plus my meds nurse checks it once a week
