What's your advice?

When I’m down I can’t practice guitar and mandolin. I can only do it when I feel well. Do you think I can improve my mood in the future with it?

Usually I’m too bored to play
my instruments.
I only play when I jam with friends.


Im the same way. I cant get the right vibe coming thru my fingers if playing when down. Usually I wont even want to look at a guitar then. I prefer a bouncy vanhalen style when possible.
