Abilify has an antidepressant effect. So that’s it I guess.

Zoloft is my main antidepressant

But yes everything I do I hope boosts my mood.

I wish there would be antidote for depression. I usually go camping or spend a night outside. Maybe its the soil you are sitting in.

Not catastrophizing, not wallowing in sadness or feeling sorry for myself, not ruminating, being honest about what I’m feeling but also taking responsibility for my own feelings, not pushing myself too hard or “forgetting” to take breaks, appreciating life and being grateful for all that I have, remembering that depression is temporary and irrational, and being kind and loving towards myself and people close to me.

Mine is Zoloft, 150mg per day. I’m not convinced that I need it though.
