I think self reflecting is important. Reflecting what my strengths are plus what my weaknesses are. So that I can. Figure out ways to self develop. Positively.

I think obsessing over things in the past, dwelling on problemos is unhealthy and stressful and might contribute to psychosis. Got to learn how to move forward.

Psychosis means you no longer recognize reality. You think the CIA is after you, or you think a family member is Satan.

Self reflecting is just thinking about your life. Sane people do this all the time.

yea; i think the same like @Raelyn_Fenn … gotta be busy with the present and near future… dwelling over the past is not healthy i think as well as obsessing with the far future…

I think psychosis is the price you pay for tapping in to your subconscious creativity. I was very creative and was thinking outside the box when I was psychotic. The problem is that that’s too much for the fleshy thing called the brain.
