I don’t know if it’s a cost saving thing, or avoiding unnecessary medications or whatever but for small cavities my dentist didn’t use novocaine. It hurt but the pain didn’t last very long.

I take valerian herb a half hour before going to the dentist. It’s an anti anxiety herb and when I take it I couldn’t give a carp what the dentist does to me.

I found a new dentist who is good, although less accessible.
