I’m having tempura fish with tartar sauce, baby potatoes and baby Brussels sprouts in cheese.
Had kebabs and other arabic foods for Easter. We had family visiting us. They’re still here and more family came but I went to my room an hour ago as I get tired from too much social interaction.

Whole wheat spaghetti with meat sauce. Put in half the amount of meat I normally do and added more veg. It was good other than I shot myself in the eye with cayenne while opening the spice container. That part sucked. I need an eye wash bottle for my kitchen, I swear.
I made ham, mashed potatoes, yams, deviled eggs, dressing, and a veggie platter. Hawaiian rolls.
@ozymandias May I suggest getting the full industrial safety shower and eyewash station for your kitchen? It comes in an eye-catching hazard orange color.
I actually do have an eye washer in my kitchen, sort of.
I got peppers in my eye once,
Then hot bacon grease (had to go to the doctor for that one),
Now I have a little cleaned out squeeze bottle by my sink with just clear water in it for eyes.
That’s a good idea.
Tonight, I had some of my leftover beef pot roast with potatoes, carrots and onions in it’s own gravy. Along with some It’s Your Churn, “Bourbon Barrel”, ice cream. And black, decaf coffee.
Vegan lasagna.

Chicken and broccoli with zero calorie noodles…
You jest, but I find myself looking up the cost of one. Last month I squirted too much “Da Bomb - Final Answer” into the chili. The steam coming off of it got everyone upstairs, even the cat was crying because her eyes were burning, too. I felt bad about that.
We had my husbands amazing pasta. It was so good’
