While in downtown Rome, Italy, and under the influence of the sleep med Ambien, I tried, while half asleep, to walk out my hotel room door in my underwear. Luckily, my best friend, at the time, stopped me. I wasn’t psychotic. Just not of my right mind because of the Ambien.
I remember one time as a late teenager, running into a beach and splashing about by myself.
My friend who was just standing by the sand said when I returned, I am soooo weird.
Idk about that…
I thought people were trying to get me to commit suicide, and I took off to Texas. I also bought a gun. It was a .22 auto handgun.
Made a hat from half of a dried squash rind and wore it to work reciting poetry I’d written about my squash-hat wearing alter ego.
“In days replete with odors sweet
and laughter in the air,
There lived a man named Thodus Pew;
A squash-hat he would wear,.”
I called 911 and told them that I am Jesus.
I also told 911 and emailed the FBI that my teacher is trying to poison me with a radioactive poison. The FBI never replied but 911 passed the phone to a paramedic. I called again and they told me to not call again or I will be given a fine. I bought an activated charcoal supplement thinking it will remove the radioactive poison from my body.
Why Germany? I went to Germany thinking about becoming a president to conquer the world lol
Me and two friends took some acid and drove 60 miles to Monterrey Bay in my 1964 Ford Fairlane. Stayed ten minutes then drove 60 miles back at night.
When I first was psychotic, my parents and me were house-sitting for an older lady friend. Her house was in the hills. One evening I just took off walking through the hills with no shoes on, just socks. I had no idea where I was, or where I wanted to go, I just walked up and down hills.
Finally popped out of the brush into a park. I found a road and followed it and came back into some city. By this time it was dusk. It was summer but I was only wearing a t-shirt and I was cold. It turned into night and I found a strip mall and found a doorway and slept in it on the ground. I woke up the next day and did what else? Kept walking; until the police picked me up because my parents had them looking for me.
Believe it or not, that’s the most bizarre thing I’ve did since I got sick. I had a lot of weird thoughts and delusions but I never really did a lot of weird stuff or “acted out”, as the shrinks used to call it.
Years later, when I was addicted to crack, I did some semi-bizarre stuff because of the drugs, got in some weird situations.
One time I ate seven hot links and a half a package of chocolate covered graham crackers. I triggered an allergic reaction. I broke out in these creeping hives that migrated all over my body. Mostly they stayed on my torso. It didn’t itch too bad, but I sure looked like I was sick.
I used to have a water distiller and distilled store bought water. Nothing too bizarre. I used to sleep in the hallway, so stalkers couldn’t bother me. I was homeless about 4 years straight, because there were always new people I wanted to get away from, and the voices would say; let’s move!
I had a crisis meeting with the local mental health team up the hospital. I was apolgising for the fact that the cable tv was giving me messages that the government was sending me. I was totally ashamed they were spending that much money on sending me messages…The television was talking to me!
nothing bizarre i have done
but at the beginning of my mental illness i got admission in an engineering college on merit and i blew up my studies by not studying and failed again and again and didnt feel anything about it in fact enjoyed it lol
Not bizarre but stupid.
I wrote a love letter to a voice
asking her to marry me.
Sent cia a message to
stop monitoring me.
Sent messages to two television people
to stop looking at me
through tv.
I walked around everywhere with my head down looking at the floor. Was difficult. I did this because I thought I did something to people when I looked them in the eyes. A shifting delusion about putting a spell on them or seeing their true horrifying monstrous forms.
Another time I didn’t drink water for days because I thought I didn’t need it any more. I remember feeling really dry in my body. Like it felt dry when I breathed in air. Strange sensation being extremely dehydrated.
I’ve done heaps of crazy stuff while psychotic.
I refused to sit in a massage chair due to excessive comfort.
Because I heard Germany was very anti cult, and I believed I was being stalked and harassed by an insane cult.
When I was psychotic, this guy came on the bus and I thought he was sent by my enemies to follow me.
I ended up getting off at the same stop as him and following him for about 30 mins
Lol this is pretty funny but not really.
What did they say??
They passed the phone to a paramedic who told me if I needed to be hospitalized, I hung up. I called 911 again, said the same thing and they said if I call again they will give me a fine.
