I’m just wasting my time most of the days. Any better idea?
Try setting specific, attainable goals for yourself. After that, the real trick is to make it a routine (and keep your other symptoms in check so you can maintain the routine). Do things that are beneficial to you, like working out, eating regularly, really anything you need to do better that is good for you. Don’t try to do too much at once. These are a few tips, but it’s easier said than done. I’m struggling a lot with motivation still, but I’m gradually improving. Things eventually get easier when you make them a routine.
So what are your symptoms? In what ways are you not getting better? How would you like things to be if you had the choice? What’s your ideal vision?
