I’m doing keto… the past couple weeks have been challenging and I have had cheat days… when I just started I had really good energy and never felt for anything bad… my energy level was low yesterday and today but that is because I’m a little depressed…
isn’t it annoying how mood can have such an impact on appetite on some people, I am the same.

Yeah it is annoying. I want to get back to the mind set I had when I started doing the keto… i saw the change in my skin and I felt really good.
