What do you do when angry?
Exercise or hit a punching bag
Honestly, I usually just hold it in, though I know that’s certainly not the most healthy option. Sometimes I vent on here.
I used to scream in my apartment. Cops kept coming. I’ve stopped but sometimes I want to start again. Last time a cop gave me his business card so I’ve considered calling for a ride to the ER but I really hate being in the ER.
Remove yourself from the situation or take a deep breath.
I usually tend to scream and throw things but I know that’s unhealthy
Usually I get away from the scene and write in my journal
I shout incomprehensible nonsense
I tend to have a b*tchy expression on my face and I just give of really short answers. When I’m alone I’ll punch or throw things if I’m super angry.
Timeouts and cognitive reappraisals.
Sometimes I cry. I can become very passive aggressive at times
Also, sometimes I talk to people it seems to help.
