Lift weights, martial arts classes, ect.

I go running when I have excess agitation. Unsure if it’s the same you’re dealing with, but cardio helps me. Also screaming. I don’t drive but I’ve gone and sat in my fathers car in the garage with everything rolled up and screamed and screamed to try and get it out. Also PRN medications.

go for a walk in nature , running…like everyone else said.
put some music on to calm the mind.
i know how you feel…but you are wiser than to do anything rash…your a good person.

i usually play the scene out in my head…lots of eye gouging and dick chopping going on lol…take urself out of the situation and imagine…it’s helped me no end. xxx

Don’t act on your impulses. You might regret it.

Ugh - I hardly get angry and it used to terrify me when I did.
Felt like I was backed to wall in anxiety and trying to climb it.

Kinetics is probably the only release for anger other than explicatives (hence why the ‘bad’ word taboo is in place).
So - Run, Foress! Run!!

If it happens at work I can take it out on a hedge or some ivy or some weeds.

But usually I go for a walk or a swim if I can. Or I sit very still and try to let the violence in my mind pass by.
