It’s really hard for me to get a panic attack abilify has me sedated plus I’m also on lamictal a mood stabilizer
when you have a panic attack is all what you are afraid of…just tell yourself “so what if I have a panic attack?” and soon once you overcome the fear of having a panic attack it won’t happen anymore…the longer you go without a panic attack the better you’ll feel…also do things like taking a walk outside or going to the grocery store to fight the anxiety…I overcame a panic disorder with help…this is how I beat it.
I would love to go out maybe and get a coffee with my friend and also go out shopping even though my friend doesn’t like me spending money, lol.
My panic/anxiety attack deals with my phobia of celebrities and them hearing the worst comments that someone is putting in my mind and I feel like they want to kill me and this makes me really anxious.

I’d feel myself starting to get scared, and I’d panic for it to go away and hope nobody noticed.
Once I learned to let go and that it was okay to get scared, the attacks lessened.
I haven’t had a panic attack since starting Zyprexa, but I used to get them bad around lunchtime. My pdoc thought it was because I took my Haldol at bedtime, so my blood levels were lower around noon. She suggested splitting the dose, but it made me so tired, I wasn’t willing to take it in the morning and then sleep all day.
