Holy shitt!!!
I’m ■■■■■■■ lactating!!
Discovered that my tshirt where my right nipple lies underneath was wet!
Risperdal is doing a number on me!
I’m a guy!
This shouldn’t be happening!

Definitely time to add some Abilify to the mix
you should say to a dr or something, is it one of the side effects?
it sounds strange but i heard it can happen
Well, now you have the job opportunity you have always wanted : Wet nurse !
J/K Wave. Better bring this up to the doc.
It was just a little, want to make sure it’s happening or not
I’m going to definitely bring it up with her.
Didn’t’ reduce the reading for me at 5mg Aripiprazole so I took myself off it
Maybe because I take Amisulpride, but I have seen articles saying it works well with Riperidone
Yeah I didn’t do so well with Abilify in the past but maybe I’m able to add some to the mix
There are other meds too, aside from abilify, that might help
Aw, that sucks. AP’s have made me lactate, before, but I’m female. I’ve never been pregnant or had a kid, though, so it freaked me out, too.
Definitely let your pdoc know.
I’m so sorry @Wave.
Make your appointment asap…
I just want to make sure this is what’s happening before I approach her with this.
Nothing is happening now.
But the wet spot was directly where my right nipple is located.
I’m pretty sure it’s happened to me before in the past.
You could go to lab to check prolactin…
Not to scare you - but in men it can be a sign on the big “C” or infection. i would see your doc just to make sure its your meds.
It’s no doubt that Risperdal is the cause.
It’s a well known side effect.
If it happens one more time I’m contacting my psychiatrist immediately
Like @Naarai suggested it may be worth it to have your primary check it out.
I’d also let your pdoc know even if it doesn’t happen again.
That must be really unnerving.
I want to make sure that it wasn’t another fluid like saliva or water or coffee.
But I’m pretty sure it’s not.
Why not test your prolactin? Mine was double the max value on 6mg Risperdal but I never lactated.
Not to be weird, but you could try to massage & squeeze your pec area, to see if it forces milk out.
Normally, in a male, there should be no discharge, even when stimulating the area. Could be a quick way to know if the problem is still there or not.
