I use instagram and I also use bereal but only have one person following me on there… but I only post on their for memories anyway.

Facebook is the worst for me… if I am on there I know I am unwell and might overshare so I quit years ago.

I have had trouble recognising myself on this, for discord
When i was unwell over past few months, sometimes i want to post about my delusions and i did do it. So i had to leave some servers

none, I used to but I deleted them all and I improved my mental health significantly, stopped overthinking and generally enjoyed life more.

I have a Facebook account but I mostly only use it for messenger to send a few people messages. I have made like 2 or 3 posts in the years since I reopened an account and I almost never read others posts either. I just use the messenger app.

Idk, I mostly just like posting photos…

Especially of baby human since we live so far away from all my family now (also because I don’t get out much anymore so I don’t have any cool scenic photos to share) some of them are older and don’t have smart phones/can’t even get pictures on their phones… and some of them don’t even know how to use messenger :joy: sooo… yeah, gotta post photos of her to keep family updated. Also I just like bragging about how cute she is :sweat_smile: that’s my story on that lol.

As an addendum to my post, I also want to note that I do not have family members “friended”. I only have few people that I like I like to converse with on messenger. I don’t want to get drawn into any additional drama.

The ones i’m in are relatively inactive - mostly just a few for some small indie games and some inactive writing groups

I think that here is probably more cooler than there actually
I felt the same about a music-making app that used to have a forum like this one vs. their discord server. Forum was actually cooler.

It reminds me a few times i tried to delete discord. Mostly i use it for dms with one or two friends.
