Actually, I have my own simple Spanish rice recipe. Works with either brown rice or white rice.

You roast the chickenpieces in the oven and at the end you put cheese on top. When you have a roman dish you put the rice,chicken and veges in it.

Oh yeah, tell me about it.
Three cups cooked rice, a 14 oz. can of diced tomatoes with peppers.
A little garlic, an onion, some spices. The only thing that is a bother is chopping the onion.

I don’t think the guys would be happy with oats for dinner, but I could be wrong. Besides my ex-husband had oatmeal for brunch.
