Build a routine.
I am quite active but still get some hours of screen time everyday. If you do something else for a few hours a day you can at least feel good about it

Have other hobbies but don’t be extreme. It doesn’t have to be all or nothing. Going to zero screen time all of a sudden and throwing away videos games etc all at once ia kind of unrealistic. Just have a few offline hobbies like drawing on paper, an instrument, singing, working out etc.
