I can’t take anything but tylenol and that doesn’t help much

My pharmacy just called for me to pick up my blood pressure monitor. While I’m there I will ask about something for my headache. I’m going to rest a bit before I go. They may have something to help

Drink plenty of fluids and sit in a dark room and do something relaxing.

Again, chronic headaches could be the sign that you need your eyesight checked. Just throwing it out there.

I got my eyes checked and my prescription hasn’t changed other than if I want I can get progressives.
