I lost 5kg in 3 weeks using exercise and a below 1500 calories a day.
It then stopped, as i did everything the same and remained the same weight. I did the same last year and exactly the same thing happened.
I did a little internet research and found that metabolism slows and adjusts to calorie intake eventually. To get over the plateau you need to either increase exercise or lower calories again.
I suppose the same thing would happen again.
I can’t lower calorie intake anymore than this without starving myself, and my exercise plan has crashed due to pain possibly associated with early onset fibromyalgia; so i am stuck at 79kg at the moment.
I can’t see any light at the end of the tunnel, and giving up seems inevitable as the four pack may soothe my troubles at the end of this week.
