Do you keep yourself calm ?
Lots of anxiety my friend …!!!
Yes I am totally calm. In that sense I control my body on how difficult is the thoughts.
I usually try to remain as calm as possible. I just tell myself repeatedly everything is OK. Sometimes I work with Autism (Aspergers) tapping (smacking legs, stomach, chest) for grounding myself and keeping the tremors away.
I use brain movements, you don’t believe that I feel my mind out side of my brain. And also looking gas flame for five minutes daily. I don’t believe that body relaxing techniques are helpful in SZ.
I let the thought processes internalize and work themselves out. I just had one voice say,“You drunk redhead. ALWAYS a damn hothead. Wait. Your hair is brown. Damn. Wtf?!”
I am naturally an extremely anxious person. I stay calm with a 10 mg dose of CBD every morning in capsule form. Then, about 400 pm every evening I take 0.5 mg of Klonipin for anxiety, if I need it.
