I take supplements to keep my anxiety low. I try to live a life of low anxiety.

Meds for positive symptoms. CBT for anxiety/depression and improving my thought process. I have a little bit of negative symptoms, primarily “the flat effect”, but nothing debilitating.

Meditation when i can force myself to do it, despite the fact that it only takes a few minutes per day.
