Only being with my husband and kids, picking up cues and going with their flow in the evenings and weekends. That makes me active.And that is still forced so not all true motivation
My kids skills in the arts inspires me. As does my husbands support.

Scratch tickets motivate me a little. Sometimes it helps me get me to shower

Meditation with proper posture. I almost never do the proper posture part.
