I think that some good book can inspires me a lot. When I was mentally ill and before the diagnoses, I read a lot of books and some famous person’s biography, and it help me a lot.

Not a whole lot unfortunately. I think existential thought issues makes me more unmotivated.
Maybe Learning something with high potential, doing something that’s bigger than myself. Counterculture stuff.
