For intrusive thoughts (OCD) I take 100 mg Fluvoxamine at bedtime. Do you mean unwanted thoughts?

@anon1517417 @LilyoftheValley. They are just negative and scary I can’t talk too much about them do to rules but for example like racist slurs or things I don’t agree with that are just negative and disturbing they are very disturbing and bothersome all day everyday

Yes I also have intrusive thoughts they are bad too most of the time but also its like my brain just steers to these disturbing thoughts I couldn’t tolerate fluvoxamine and most antidepressants I can’t tolerate besides mirtazipine but I don’t think that helps with this :pensive:

Those sound like intrusive thoughts.

Luvox and Anafranil are supposed to be effective meds.

Sorry you’re struggling. I get intrusive thoughts too. Luvox helped me in the past, but my doctor said I could try Anafranil if it wasn’t effective.

Hi @anon80490300 we are taking same meds thats why i can give some advice on your treatment.i used to have hypocondriac obsessions and suicidal thoughts and kind a weird mindset as you.since i take prozac with my paliperidone shot my mindset changed drastically with positive way.you can try it.best wishes
