Any antipsychotic should help, but it takes trial and error and some patience on your part.

There is no way to know which one will work, you must try them until you find someone that works…

My main sza symptom was always paranoia. I take Risperdal Consta injections every two weeks, and Geodon and Seroquel pills. It all works great for me.
