My best dish is enchiladas, not everyone likes Mexican food though. I can also do Tarragon chicken or Spaghetti, or Salmon with a nice Dil sauce. I also make a mean cake but like, I am not sure any of this would make good date stuff. I have usually used restaurants in the past for this purpose, particularly Italian ones in my area. They always seemed the safest bet. I’ve been out of the game for almost 10 years now though (since getting sick).

I’d do a honey mustard and dill roast steelhead filets. And a tossed greens salad, red wine with Tiramisu for desert.
