Does self worthy mean value my own life? I value my life, because I dont value my death.

Providence makes me feel self worth. The Universe lets me know that I am valued, loved and worthy.
I feel im worth something because of how people respond to me. They treat me with respect. And if they sometimes dont i feel ultimate compassion for them. Then i feel worthy cause im capable of feeling compassion.

I judge myself for my accomplishments and not my failures.

Honestly, and this is one of my absolute biggest issues, I totally base my self worth on what others think of me. When I get attention or affection I have high self confidence and value myself and my life and when I don’t get that attention I crash
I don’t honestly know. I spend so much time dwelling on all of my mistakes and feeling guilty that it’s hard to think of something that makes me worthy,

I don’t know, guess tried my best with my abilities like anybody else. This question might be to ego driven for me. Suppose we’re all here so we’re all worthy to be here. lol kind of like “I think therefore I exist”
