I don’t really follow anyone, but i do the practice and it has helped me tremendously. I’ve been doing it quite a few months now. 10 minutes of effort for hours of feelng great.

I like browsing the internet / this forum, and listening to http://www.rpgamers.net/radio/ , which is video game music.
When I get into a negative / intrusive thought loop, I listen to a prayer to straighten my mind out again.

BTW I drink 4-5 coffees with a lot of milk
