not so bad, bit troubled by some thoughts atm…need to get a grip on that somhow.

Cold turkey >>> disaster, loads off issues, anger, rebound psychosis, sure way to get back into a ward right away. Longterm it messed up my brain and life, and the lives of loved ones.
Slowly >>> still difficult, but better manageable.
There was also a difference between different meds. It seemed f.e. that zyprexa in me caused more withdrawal symptoms (suicidality, anger, mood swings) than haldol. Even when going slowly.
And it depends on how long you are taking a certain dose too, i guess.
No headaches either way.
about to hit bed
then will prolly sleep chat here
Psychosis, severe headaches, insomnia, aggressivity, irritability, violent voices, etc
Goodnight @steffifan…
thx
gn to u too
but i m not totally gone ,
i may sleep chat
Did you develop tension head issues long term?
In your skull
Yes it even continued after I got back on meds for 1-2 weeks. I needed a higher dose after, I took on my own but will ask psychiatrist to up the dosage if headaches continue for another week.
When you stop meds you will probably need a higher dose after. Maybe psychosis causes permanent brain damage.
Zyprexa is hard going off.
Do you still get the tension in your head now too?
