Had some strawberries the other day. Have to get more they are ok with keto. Blueberries and raspberries are too… as well as watermelon in small amounts
I’ve been having strawberries, blueberries, blackberries and bananas in my smoothie every other day or so. Actually that sounds kinda good, that might be lunch.
Yeah, no kidding. I got some peaches a couple of weeks ago which were excellent. Then last week, the peaches I got were terrible. They went from unripe to rotten, skipping the juicy ripe stage altogether. I was so disappointed.
