It basically means people are pulling a depressive facial expression, mostly because their miserable and down in the dumps.
Basically all their muscles in their faces have no positive energy, so they have a resting b***** face to express how sad their feeling
@Green That is NOT true about me. I am not in the least depressed. No sad feelings. I am perfectly happy, content and able to enjoy myself and my hobbies. But, nevertheless I have a resting b-tch face borne of a lifetime (45 years) of severe depression and AP med consumption. It’s just ingrained in me after all these years.
I dunno why but I can never take a pic with a smile on my face.
