I can clearly describe my plans.
My plans are:
A. to neutralize sz symptoms.
B. To follow a strict regimen.
This includes improving my muscle strength,
improving my cognitive skills,
acquiring skills for independent living.
I have more goals but I don’t want to ramble too much, esp since many users here have short
attention spans and can’t read long replies.
