What is your favourite excercise or stretch

I mean like this kind of thing.
I like this one cos I can really feel it in the abs!

My favourite stretch is touching my toes cos I can go really far I can place my hands on the ground :blush:

I can’t touch my toes only reach just past my knees

My favorite exercise is cycling. But now that I know I can do it, i might vote for dips.

We do it in Pilates class
Stand straight bow your head and bend down to reach your toes slowly then slowly come back up hold hands behind your back and lift chin to ceiling repeat a few times
