I don’t have one particular thing. I struck a balance today which was nice. Stayed up late last night and cleaned. Woke up late today, relaxed, cleaned my dads office, visited my sister and my dad, talked on the phone to my mom, sister and nephew, went home, ate, got candy, just now I was listening to an nde account surfing this site. It’s been an active yet chill day. I got day treatment tomorrow. Really what I do most is lay in my couch with my phone and a movie on in the backround.
