What is your coping mechanism?

I have many coping skills. Here are mine:

  1. Empty Bowl Meditation 15 minutes twice daily
  2. Yoga 20-30 minutes daily
  3. Piano practice 45 minutes three to four times a day.
  4. Prayer throughout the day, including Rosary daily.
  5. Mass attendance weekly
  6. 9 hours of sleep per night
  7. Healthy diet
  8. Volunteering
  9. Foam rolling 5-6 rounds as needed
  10. Ayurvedic health practices

Wow! You really keep yourself busy. Iā€™m thinking of trying my hand at crafts like making a marionette. I used to have this weird marionette I would play with for hours.
