I have many coping skills. Here are mine:
- Empty Bowl Meditation 15 minutes twice daily
- Yoga 20-30 minutes daily
- Piano practice 45 minutes three to four times a day.
- Prayer throughout the day, including Rosary daily.
- Mass attendance weekly
- 9 hours of sleep per night
- Healthy diet
- Volunteering
- Foam rolling 5-6 rounds as needed
- Ayurvedic health practices
